1. Conducting studies and scientific research to address various issues related to education.
2. Work on the transfer of knowledge and the preparation of practical experts in the field of realizing manuscripts and enabling government agencies to seek their assistance.
3. Cooperating with research and advisory bodies and local, regional and international centers, and making optimal use of research, various studies and international cooperation programs in the field of manuscripts.

Preparing training programs and holding courses in the fields of studies, realizing manuscripts, and adopting quality management in evaluating scientific output, in a way that puts specialists and researchers in a state of permanent competition aimed at raising the scientific level, and honoring the distinguished among them.
5. Holding seminars and scientific lectures for researchers, academics and intellectuals in order to improve the social and cultural reality.
